Our services are intended to support reflection, growth, clarity, and personal or professional development. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional care.

Although Joaquina Mascuch has professional training and clinical experience in Chinese medicine and healing modalities, services offered through Breaking the Spell are not necessarily provided as medical treatment unless explicitly identified and contracted as such.

Coaching, intuitive readings, spiritual work, energetic practices, and digital experiences available through this website do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental-health conditions. You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical or mental-health care when needed. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

Some Breaking the Spell offerings may incorporate intuitive, energetic, shamanic, ceremonial, ancestral, or spiritual perspectives. These services are intended for personal reflection and spiritual exploration.

No intuitive reading, energetic observation, spiritual interpretation, or shamanic practice should be understood as a guarantee, prediction, diagnosis, or statement of objective fact. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.

The Five Codes is a self-guided educational and reflective experience. It is not a diagnostic tool, psychological assessment, medical evaluation, or substitute for professional treatment.

Any Code Map, reflection, interpretation, or result generated through the experience is intended to support self-inquiry only. You should use your own judgment when applying any insight that arises from the experience.

Programs such as Decoding the Self and Build Your World may include private coaching, educational material, personal reflection, business strategy, brand guidance, or other services described on the applicable sales page or agreement.

The specific terms of a private coaching or business container may also be governed by a separate client agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the signed agreement will govern the specific service.

An Intuitive Life Reading is a private session designed to provide insight, reflection, energetic support, and guidance around a particular issue, pattern, question, or transition.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a Life Reading does not guarantee a particular outcome, insight, healing result, or decision.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a service or product, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Breaking the Spell does not generally store your complete credit or debit card information.

Payment plans, where offered, represent a commitment to pay the full agreed program price and are not month-to-month subscriptions unless specifically stated otherwise. Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in suspension of access to services or materials.

For private appointments, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may be forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments may be considered used and may not be refunded. If Breaking the Spell needs to reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to offer another appointment time.

Because Breaking the Spell offers a combination of reserved professional time, digital materials, intellectual property, and personalized services, refund policies may vary by offering.

Any refund policy stated on the relevant sales page, checkout page, booking page, or client agreement applies to that purchase. Unless otherwise expressly stated, payments for completed sessions and delivered digital products are non-refundable. For longer-term programs, please refer to the specific client agreement for cancellation and refund terms.

Digital products, interactive experiences, courses, recordings, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, and other materials are provided for individual personal use unless otherwise stated. Purchasing or receiving access to a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not:

• reproduce or resell materials
• distribute them to others
• upload them to shared repositories
• use them to create competing products or programs
• copy substantial portions for commercial use
• teach or represent proprietary Breaking the Spell material as your own
